Manoj Gadgil is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Business Unit Head and VP Marketing at Kenvue since May 2023, Manoj previously held multiple leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson from May 1999, including Vice President Marketing and Senior Director, where significant contributions were made to marketing operations transformation and digital capabilities. Manoj's experience covers a wide range of roles across Asia Pacific, focusing on Femcare as part of the global organization, emerging market opportunities, and brand management for beauty care products. Early career experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta with a PGDM in Marketing, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Pune University, Manoj has built a strong professional foundation in marketing strategy and execution.
