Marcia Wilson

Marcia Wilson currently serves as the National Field Sales Operations Manager for Kenvue, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Marcia was the NZ National Field Sales Operations Manager at Johnson & Johnson and has also performed as a Regional Field/Operations Manager during a maternity cover. With extensive experience in sales management, Marcia has held significant positions at several companies, including National Account Manager/Field Sales Manager at BIC and Senior Account Manager at Mondelēz International. Marcia's career began in 2001 with roles at Vodafone New Zealand, progressing through positions at other organizations such as Asaleo Care and Colgate-Palmolive, where Marcia achieved recognition as the No1 Territory Manager in 2012. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, Marketing, and an Honours degree in the same field from Massey University.
