Martin Sadler

Martin Sadler is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior finance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Finance Director for North Europe at Kenvue since April 2025, Martin previously held multiple finance director positions at Reckitt from March 2014 to April 2025, including responsibilities for strategic projects, health in France and Benelux, and infant and child nutrition in Europe. Martin's earlier career includes financial leadership roles at Heathrow and BAA Ltd, with a strong foundation in finance management established at Tarmac. Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2002.
