Michael Applebaum

Michael Applebaum is currently the Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits Tax Counsel at Kenvue, a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, they served as Counsel at Hogan Lovells from 2014 to 2022, focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits, and practiced as an Associate at Milbank LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in similar areas from 2008 to 2014. Michael's career began in accounting with positions as a Senior Accountant at The Carlyle Group and an Associate Auditor at KPMG US. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
