Pam Stanton

Pam Stanton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT strategy, operations, and project management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Portfolio & Strategy in Supply Chain IT at Kenvue, Pam supports the leadership team in managing project portfolios and developing end-to-end strategies. Prior roles include Vice President and Head of IT Enterprise Shared Services at Aramark, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise shared capabilities and service excellence. Pam's tenure at Bristol Myers Squibb included positions such as Executive Director & Chief of Staff to the CIO, driving global strategy execution and operational results, and Senior Director overseeing IT Operations Management. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, managing IT governance and transformational initiatives, as well as positions in coding, data analysis, and project management at Prudential Insurance and other organizations. Pam holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from Yale University and completed advanced executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and Smith College.
