Pamela Gill Alabaster

Pamela Gill Alabaster serves as the Global Head of ESG & Sustainability at Kenvue since December 2022, where responsibilities include steering the company's ESG strategy in alignment with its Healthy Lives Mission. Alabaster holds board positions with Pulsora and the Ethical Toy Program, and is part of the Workplace Dignity Advisory Council for Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Sustainability and Social Impact at Mattel, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Centric Brands, and various leadership positions at Carol Cone ON PURPOSE, Revlon, Estee Lauder, and L'Oréal, where Alabaster focused on corporate communication, social responsibility, and sustainability initiatives. Alabaster earned an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Pepperdine University.
