Ralf Schmidt

Ralf Schmidt is an experienced business development leader with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and consumer health sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development EMEA at Kenvue, Ralf has previously held significant roles including Head of Business Development EMEA for Consumer Health at Johnson & Johnson, and Head of Global M&A at Novartis for Sandoz. Prior to these positions, Ralf was the Head of Global Projects and Strategic Development at Merck Group, and also served as a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions. Ralf's early career includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Deutsche Bank. Ralf holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School and the University of the West of England.
