Stefanie Armitt

Stefanie Armitt currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Research & Development at Kenvue and as the Head of Human Resources for J&J US Skin Health at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. Prior to these roles, Stefanie spent nearly 18 years at L'Oréal, culminating in the position of Vice President Human Resources, where responsibilities included acting as the Human Resources Business Partner for corporate functions and overseeing HR initiatives for North America’s CFO. Stefanie's career began at Somerset Hills YMCA as a Human Resources Assistant and included an internship at Kelly Services. Stefanie holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
