Stefanie Dhanda

Stefanie Dhanda is currently the Head of Business Development and External Innovation for North America at Kenvue, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Stefanie served as the Sr. Director of Corporate Development and External Innovation at Johnson & Johnson from November 2015 to May 2023, where responsibilities included scouting early transformational innovation opportunities and managing creative transactions with various stakeholders in the consumer sector. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Stefanie was the Managing Director at Stonebridge Associates, LLC, from August 1994 to November 2015, focusing on M&A, divestiture, and strategic financial advisory services for middle market and emerging growth companies. Stefanie began the professional career as a Financial Analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Company in 1993. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College, earned between 1989 and 1993.
