Vincent Prot is an end-to-end supply chain lead with expertise in process intelligence, automation, and Lean management. With a diverse background, Vincent has held various roles across reputable companies, including project lead positions at Lafarge and Baxter International, and global supply planning roles at Johnson & Johnson. Currently, Vincent serves as the process and task mining lead at Kenvue, focusing on digital transformation. Vincent is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Brest Business School, which enhances their commitment to increasing agility and sustainability within supply chains.
