Brenden McGlinchey has over 18 years of experience in the Information Management and Marketing fields. Brenden began their career in 2003 at HSBC Mortgage Services as a Senior Marketing Analyst, and was promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager and then Director of Email Marketing/Content Management. In 2007, they moved to Critical Point Group as a Product Manager/Relationship Marketing Manager, where they established an account management and marketing consulting group and managed the first client to 160% up-sell growth in the first four months. In 2008, they joined Open Finance as an Agile Project Manager/ScrumMaster. In 2009, they worked for both Conclusive Marketing as a Management Consultant and Net Objectives as a Senior Consultant and Trainer for a Lean-Agile ScrumMaster certification course. In 2010, they began working for Press Ganey as a Sr. Director of Information Management, where they initiated and led company firsts, such as creating the company's first integrated analytics solution and implementing a revolutionary database design. Brenden then became the Director of Information Management and Senior Manager of Information Management. In 2022, they joined Kenway Consulting as the Information Management Practice Lead.
Brenden McGlinchey's education history includes a B.A. from John Brown University from 1994 to 1998, a Business Analysis course from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011, and a High School Degree from St. Pete High from 1990 to 1994. Brenden also holds certifications from Coursera in Building a Data Science Team (2017) and A Crash Course in Data Science (2017), as well as a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.
