Debbie Sanger

Debbie Sanger has over 20 years of experience in the field of management consulting. Debbie began their career in 1997 at Deloitte as a Senior Assurance Associate. In 2001, they moved to UBS O'Connor as the Director: Head of Single Manager Product Control. In 2008, they joined UBS Alternative and Quantitative Investments as the Director: Business Development Project Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they held two roles at UBS O'Connor, first as a Project Manager for IT Development and then as an Executive Director: Program Manager for IT Development. In 2017, they joined Kenway Consulting as the Director of Capabilities and Services | Management Consultant.

Debbie Sanger obtained their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2005, with a focus in Finance, Management & Strategy. Debbie received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997, majoring in Accounting.
