Marleen (Quane) Coglianese

Marleen (Quane) Coglianese has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Marleen began their career in 2000 as a Consultant at PwC Consulting, where they created governance structure and management disciplines to ensure on-going functional support and effectiveness of the enterprise content management solution. In 2002, they moved to Walgreens as Manager of Corporate Strategy and Project Manager of Finance, where they led a team of project managers and identified opportunities to reduce store payment processing costs. In 2008, they returned to Kenway Consulting as a Consultant, where they successfully served as program manager and project manager at a financial services company. In 2012, they moved to MQC Consulting as a Management Consultant, where they directed the project management effort for the conversion of wealth management portal users. In 2013, they joined Northern Trust Corporation as Senior Technology Product Manager and Senior Change Management Consultant, where they governed the program management (including change management) for the Digital Experience Solutions initiatives. Finally, in 2021 they joined Celebrity Financial Inc. as Vice President of Program Management Office & Change Management, and in 2023 they returned to Kenway Consulting as Engagement Manager.

Marleen (Quane) Coglianese began their education at St. Ignatius College Prep from 1992 to 1996. Marleen then attended Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BS in Finance.
