Mia Semrick

Mia Semrick has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Management Consultant for Kenway Consulting, where they leveraged project management methodologies to help clients focus on their business goals. In 2020, they worked as a Software Developer Intern at StarEvents, where they maintained and updated the company website and developed the Chicago Entertainment Agency website. In 2019, they worked as a Mobile Application Developer and Scrum Master at Boston University Spark!, where they co-developed and acted as project manager of a mobile application that recreates the experience of auditioning and competing for talent shows in a challenge/tournament setting. Mia also acted as Scrum Master to ensure that all team members were doing their part, scheduled one-on-one and team meetings to guarantee efficiency, and planned what each week would look like until deployment of the application.

Mia Semrick attended Boston University from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
