Shanna M.

Shanna M. serves as the President of Guide Star Consulting, LLC, providing consulting services specializing in lean, risk-based validation strategies and documentation for computer and computerized systems since September 2022. In addition to consulting, Shanna is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Southern California, focusing on GxP legacy systems and pharmaceutical organizational change in relation to mergers and acquisitions, expecting to complete the program in December 2024. Shanna also holds a faculty lecturer position at KENX, instructing on validation and quality control. Previous roles include Senior Director of Quality Data Operations at Takeda, where Shanna spearheaded a strategic Data Integrity Program, and Vice President of Validation and Data Integrity Practice at Compliance Group Inc. Shanna's extensive experience further includes senior positions at Kite Pharma, Atara Biotherapeutics, Pharmavite, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Amgen. Shanna's academic achievements include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry, among other qualifications.
