David Mbithi

David Mbithi is a seasoned finance professional with over 19 years of experience in accounting and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Accountant at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited, David has spearheaded major Transmission Line and Substation Projects with an asset capitalization of USD 2 billion, while also supervising annual audits for over a decade. Previous roles include Chief Accountant at Vegpro Group, where monthly reports enhanced financial transparency, and Finance & Administration Manager at Kabew Kenya Limited, known for streamlining reporting processes and improving cash flow management. Earlier, as Audit Senior at Jemco Business Solutions Limited, David conducted extensive financial reviews for numerous clients, improving their risk management strategies significantly. David holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a First Class Honours degree in Business Management from Moi University, in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
