Currently serving as the Regional Director for The Alpha Group International since November 2020, Japh focuses on helping SMEs in Kenya achieve profitable growth through OBG Consulting. As Chairman of Absa Insurance Agency Company Limited and Director at multiple organizations, including Absa Bank Kenya and Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, Japh plays a significant role in various sectors. With a career spanning over three decades at AIG, where Japh rose to the position of Regional Chief Executive for East Africa, Japh possesses a wealth of technical and leadership expertise. Japh holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Nairobi and various professional credentials from esteemed institutions.
