Dan Nyatuka

Dan Nyatuka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and administration within Kenya's urban development sector. Currently serving as a Senior Administration & Property Officer at Kenya Power since October 2011, Dan spearheads capital and maintenance projects while managing property acquisition and valuation for compensation purposes. Previously, Dan held the role of Senior Property Officer, overseeing the leasing process for various properties, and served as a Deputy Provincial Government Estates Officer in the Kenya State Department of Housing and Urban Development. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Arts in Construction Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics, all from the University of Nairobi.
