Joshua Mugwang'A

Joshua Mugwang'a is a Senior Telecommunications Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently working at Kenya Power since June 2009. Joshua has held various roles, including Telecommunications Engineer, where responsibilities included pre-sales support, survey, design, solution architecture, specification, and costing for fiber optic network builds and extensions. Previous positions involved roles as Assistant Engineer in both Network and Telecommunications, focusing on the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of countywide fiber optic networks and telecommunications systems. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Telesuprecon Ltd., where Joshua managed fiber optic cable installations for the Ministry of Information and Communication, and as a Technical Support Engineer at Com Twenty One Ltd., providing technical support for GSM, CDMA, and PABX systems. Joshua holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
