Ashleigh (Zarley) Baker has a diverse work experience. Ashleigh started their career at Broadway Bound Dance Centre as a Dance Instructor from August 2007 to June 2011. In 2008, they joined Kenyon College as a Systems Analyst, where they worked until August 2019. Ashleigh then held roles at Kenyon College as Director for Innovation and Analytics from August 2019 to April 2022, Director for Information Systems and Business Analytics from April 2022 to January 2023, and currently as Associate Vice President for Information Technology starting from January 2023. Additionally, Ashleigh also worked as a Dance Instructor at The Spotlight Center from August 2011, and as a Course Facilitator for Boston University's BU MET Graduate Computer Science Program from October 2014 to August 2017.

Ashleigh (Zarley) Baker completed a Master of Computer Information Systems (MSCIS) degree in Database Management & Business Intelligence from Boston University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, graduating in 2008. In addition, they have obtained certification as a MOR Leader from MOR Associates in 2021.
