Erika Farfan

Erika Farfan serves as the Associate Vice President for Institutional Research at Kenyon College, a position held since September 2011. In addition to this role, Erika is the Accreditation Liaison and previously held the title of Director of Institutional Research. Prior to joining Kenyon College, Erika worked at the Ohio Department of Education from June 2004 to September 2011, where responsibilities included serving as Data Administration Manager II and Social Science Researcher II. Erika holds a Master of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Quantitative Methods from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Theatre, and Entomology from The Ohio State University.
