Virginie Sireyjol-Merlet

Virginie SIREYJOL-MERLET currently serves as the Directrice de production for RTW, shoes, and leather goods at KENZO Mode since July 2023, leading a team of 30 in overseeing production processes, sourcing materials, and coordinating schedules with other departments. Prior to this role, Virginie operated as a consultant specializing in product offer strategies and purchasing from 2021 to August 2023. Virginie's experience also includes significant positions at CELINE as the Responsable de Pôle production for Sportswear and Tailoring, and at Caroll, where responsibilities spanned from group leadership to product strategy and budget management. With a foundation in marketing and negotiation from SKEMA Business School, complemented by various roles in product management and purchasing across multiple companies, including ETAM and Lee Cooper, Virginie possesses a robust background in the luxury and fashion sectors.
