Jessica Singer

Jessica Singer is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations for the Middle East and Europe at KEO International Consultants since March 2023. Under Jessica's leadership, the HR team has achieved significant accolades, including wins at the 2025 Middle East & Africa Inspiring Workplaces and multiple awards in the Employee Happiness and Mentl categories related to mental health initiatives across the region. Prior to this role, Jessica held various HR positions, including Associate Director at AECOM and HR Manager at IKEA Group and Qatar Foundation, providing a solid foundation in human resources management. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Western Sydney University.
