Shaun Pearce

Shaun Pearce is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Associate Director and Regional Manager for Environment at KEO International Consultants since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shaun was a Principal Environmental Consultant at RSK Middle East, where responsibilities included managing Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESHIA) and Environmental Management projects for significant oil, gas, and infrastructure initiatives. With extensive experience in the Middle East, Shaun has successfully navigated the permitting process for numerous high-value projects. From February 2012 to March 2021, Shaun held the position of Principal Consultant and Office Manager at WKC Group, focusing on business development and project management, and previously served as a Senior Environmental Consultant and Environmental Engineer. Shaun’s educational background includes a BTECH in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Africa and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Durban University of Technology.
