Thommas Cunniffe

Thomas is a seasoned leadership professional, with over twenty years of multi-discipline design and project management experience within both Consultant and Client Organizations.

​He began his career in Ireland and has spent the last 10 years in the Middle East, working on some of the region’s most impressive projects.

Thomas’s experience encompasses a wide range of projects, and includes infrastructure, utilities & transportation planning and design /management of major residential and mixed-use developments. He possesses the skill to coordinate major projects between clients and multi-disciplinary designers and has a passion for implementing innovative designs. He also has a proven track record in delivering and implementing cost saving solutions.

Thomas is an accomplished Chartered Civil Engineer holding an MEng (Hons) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Edinburgh. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

In his role at KEO, Thomas will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the utilities business stream including the technical / quality delivery of their utility infrastructure works and resource management and planning across the region.
