Jolanda Rotteveel

Jolanda Rotteveel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Lecturer in the MBA Program at the International College of Management Sydney since February 2024, Jolanda also holds roles as a Future of Work Consultant at House of Change FoW and Principal Consultant at TQSolutions, both since 2022. Previously, Jolanda worked in various capacities at oOh! from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included People Integration Lead and Head of People and Change Programs. Additional experience includes roles at KPMG, Medibank, Westpac, and Bankwest, showcasing a strong background in HR project management and people management. Educational qualifications include a MA in HR from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, a MA in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam, and a BA in International Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
