Wayne Enright is an experienced facilitator and consultant specializing in leadership development and experiential learning. Currently serving as the Outdoor Activity Coordinator for Operation Flinders Foundation and as an Associate Facilitator for Keogh Consulting since 2002, Wayne has contributed to significant cultural transformation projects across various locations. Wayne co-founded the FIXE Entrepreneurs Leadership Program, focusing on helping startup leaders overcome challenges, and owns True North Leadership, which designs unique learning experiences to enhance leadership and team performance. As Managing Director of Free Spirit Adventures, Wayne offers transformative adventure journeys, while Free Spirit Wellbeing provides a range of wellness services. With a strong background in health and fitness management and multiple degrees in education and health, Wayne continues to influence personal and professional development through diverse programs and initiatives.
