Damian Ward

Damian first joined Keoghs in 1994 as a trainee solicitor and was a founder member of the Keoghs fraud team in 1997. He re-joined Keoghs in 2013 from another defendant law firm, where he was head of fraud.

As well as having a client-facing role, Damian has overall responsibility for the technical quality and output of the fraud division to our clients. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and contributor to the legal and insurance press on emerging issues and new law.

Damian managed what is regarded as the industry's first major fraud ring in 2009 with a cumulative value of over £25m. He has a wealth of client relationship experience and believes that to deliver excellence we must constantly challenge what we do, adapting the way we work in order to deliver the very best levels of service, case outcomes and to keep our clients at the forefront of legal innovation in claims fraud.
