David Rainey is a partner in the Manchester office who represents a wide range of public bodies, and corporate and individual clients. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2012, David has over ten years of litigation experience that earned him recognition as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 in 2021. His specialization includes high-profile inquests, police and regulatory prosecutions, serious injury and death incidents in the workplace, and serious motoring offenses.

David’s experience also extends into the representation of defendants at police and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) PACE interviews under caution. It also includes providing rapid response for clients facing on-site health and safety emergencies.
