Luke Ashton

Luke is an Associate Solicitor in the Legacy team. He qualified in March 2012 having undertaken a training contract in a large defendant insurance practice. Luke’s main areas of specialism include Fast Track and Multi Track disease claims for psychiatric injury including stress at work and bullying/ harassment, asbestos, HAVS, occupational asthma, all types of WRULD and food poisoning. Luke also has experience of Fast Track and Multi Track non-disease type claims including EL/PL, Occupiers Liability and claims arising from assault.
