Maria joined Keoghs in 2021 with over 15 years’ experience of dealing with property damage claims. Maria specialises in dealing with major loss subrogated recovery claims arising from every kind of peril, including fire, water and impact damage. Maria believes in the early use of ADR, such as negotiation, mediation but most often, appropriately timed and valued Part 36 offers, to drive claims to settlement as swiftly has possible and maximise the amount recovered on each claim. Maria has experience of acting for a number of major insurers and self-insured organisations and appreciates the importance of providing accurate, reliable and timely management information to inform performance and process improvement.
