Mark Whalley

Mark joined Keoghs in 1988 on qualification giving him over 30 years′ experience of insurance litigation. He has defended health and safety prosecutions brought by the CPS, HSE and other regulatory bodies but now currently handles high value motor, EL and PL cases involving injuries of maximum severity.

His specialist areas of expertise include chronic pain, amputations, brain and spinal injuries and his caseload comprises claims over 20 million in value. In addition Mark is operationally responsible for Keoghs′ practise area of large loss and specialist claims.
