Stephen Croston

Stephen joined Keoghs in 2002 and became a partner in 2009. He has dealt with EL/PL claims throughout his career and specialises in disease claims. He handles a wide range of disease claims including HAVS, deafness, asbestos, dermatitis, WRULD, repetitive back, mesothelioma and industrial asthma.

Stephen has an excellent record in defeating first claims and those of real importance to clients. He has also worked with a number of insureds to coordinate their responses to floodgate scenarios and has contributed to seminars on a variety of topics related to disease litigation.
