Steve Bailey

Steve Bailey has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, specifically in the management and engineering of information systems and infrastructure for various railway companies. Steve has held multiple roles throughout their career, including Assistant Project Engineer, Assistant Signalling and Telecoms Technician, Automatic Fare Collection Engineer, Communications Manager, Information Systems Engineer, Communications Manager, General Manager Station Systems, and Head of Projects. In these roles, they have been responsible for asset maintenance, performance, and leadership, as well as engineering design, integration of systems, and strategic development. Steve's experience spans across different companies, including Docklands Light Railway, DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY LIMITED, Serco Docklands, and KeolisAmey Docklands.

Steve Bailey attended London Nautical School from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained their O Levels. Steve then went on to study at Newham College in 1988 and 1989, earning a BTEC HNC Engineering degree. Additionally, Steve has a certification in ILM L3 from the Institute of Leadership & Management, but the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
