Graham Derrick has a diverse and extensive work experience in the transportation sector. Graham began their career at Southern Railway as a Contracts Assistant from October 2011 to January 2013. Graham then joined Credo Business Consulting LLP as a part of the Analytics Team from February 2013 to June 2013.

In 2013, they moved on to Keolis UK where they progressed from an analyst to a finance lead in the role of Bid Finance Manager. During their time there from July 2013 to October 2016, they played a vital role in the highly successful UK bidding team, winning and mobilising significant concessions such as the Docklands Light Railway, Thameslink Southern Great Northern, and Manchester Metrolink.

After Keolis UK, Graham joined Steer as a Principal Consultant in November 2016 and stayed until February 2019. While at Steer, they focused on providing commercial advice to clients, particularly in the public sector. Graham led multidisciplinary project teams and worked on various projects including Great Western Railway In-Franchise Change negotiations, Heathrow Express concession restructuring, and Midland Metro financial and risk advice.

In their most recent position, Graham served as the Head of Finance & Commercial Projects at Keolis Downer, starting in March 2019. In this role, they led the commercial strategy and financial analysis for the group across all markets in Australia. Graham specifically excelled in tender competitions and successfully secured new business, contributing over $3 billion in revenue for the company. Graham also successfully managed the mobilisation of the Sydney Northern Beaches contract, recognized as one of the most successful mobilisations in Keolis' history.
