Sacha Gosselin

Sacha Gosselin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2014 as a Production Engineer at ARMOR, where they led industrial problem-solving and developed mathematical equations and algorithms to solve quality issues. In 2015, they worked as a Project Engineer at Vanerum France, managing a team and implementing lean management strategies to improve operational effectiveness. Sacha then worked as an Industrial Engineer at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, focusing on sustainable building management and optimization algorithms.

In 2016, Sacha joined Keolis Group as an Operations Engineer, designing and implementing roster matrices and performance analysis systems. They later became a Bid Network Operations Engineer, providing technical expertise on operations and maintenance costs for bid solutions.

In 2018, Sacha joined Yarra Trams as a Rail Service Designer, contributing technical expertise to high-profile projects and managing timetabling and rostering. They also worked as a Bid Network Performance Analyst at Keolis Downer in 2019, analyzing network performance forecasts for bus and light rail tenders.

From 2020 onwards, Sacha held various roles at Keolis Downer, including Bid Network Performance Lead, Bid Rail Operations Engineer, Head of Service Planning & Operational Performance, Project Manager - Rolling Stock Engineering, and currently, Head of Fleet. Sacha Gosselin's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers. They pursued a Master of Engineering degree with a focus on Engineering Technology, completing their studies in 2016.

In 2012, Sacha briefly attended Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology, where they also pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Technology.

From 2016 to 2018, Sacha participated in the Talent Program Operations/Maintenance at Keolis Group in Paris and Melbourne. This program focused on Engineering, Rail and Bus Operations/Maintenance.

In terms of additional certifications, Sacha obtained a Certificate of Achievement in the Horizons Program from the Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board in Australia in August 2021. In May 2019, they became a Professional Engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

In June 2015, they earned a C2I (Certificat Informatique et Internet) from the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche in France. Lastly, in July 2012, Sacha received the FIRST CERTIFICATE OF ENGLISH at CEFR level C1 from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
