Guido Swinkels

Guido Swinkels has over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Manager ICT at Keolis Nederland since December 2010, where responsibilities include establishing a Functional Management department aligned with the Business Information Services Library (BISL) for systems supporting the transport chain. Previous roles include working as a Consultant at Novisource, a Consultant in Data Management for the EBS Project, and a Data Architect at RET. Guido has held several positions such as Managing Consultant IT at Quobell and Lead Designer at Fortis, in addition to various Oracle Consultant and programming roles at multiple organizations, including Getronics and Xerox. Guido obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 1992 and 1997.
