Marijke van der Zande

Marijke van der Zande currently serves as Commissaris at Home Instead Thuisservice Noord en Midden Veluwe B.V. since January 2023 and as General Counsel at Keolis Nederland since May 2021, where responsibilities include Legal Compliance, Privacy, and Governance as a board member. Marijke has held various compliance and legal positions, including Manager Compliance & Privacy at Monuta from March 2018 to May 2021, and Head Legal, Compliance, Governance & Privacy at Univé Stad en Land from January 2017 to March 2018, after serving in multiple roles there from May 2010. Previous experience includes working as a Legal Advisor at Achmea from March 1996 to May 2010 and as a jurist at Juridisch Adviesbureau Utrecht from May 1993 to March 1996. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Dutch Law from Utrecht University and several certifications in compliance, privacy, and mediation from various institutions.
