Carole Ruth

Carole RUTH currently serves as the DRH du Pôle Territorial 78/92 at Groupe Keolis since May 2022. Previously, Carole RUTH was the Directrice des ressources humaines at Aqualter from October 2017 to September 2021, managing an HR team of four within the engineering, distribution, and water treatment sectors. From September 2006 to October 2017, Carole RUTH held the position of Directrice des ressources humaines at SAUR, overseeing HR teams for a workforce of 380 in the group's headquarters. Earlier roles included HR responsibilities at Mapa Spontex and TDF, leading recruitment efforts for engineers in automotive and aerospace industries at GECI International and Assystem. Educational qualifications include a 3ème Cycle in Development of Human Resources from ISGP and a DEA in International Private Law from the University of Strasbourg, along with certification in RSE strategy deployment from Cabinet l'Ere du Temps.
