Claudia Schlossberger

Claudia Schlossberger is a board director at Keolis. Claudia previously served as executive vice president of human resources and member of the executive committee at Carlsberg Group from September 2012 to December 2017.

During their time at Carlsberg, Claudia was responsible for driving and implementing the corporate strategy 'Sail 2022' in a global turnaround process. This included designing and rolling out a new compensation and benefit scheme, global roll-out of a leadership model to foster a 'team performance culture', setting up succession planning and building talent pools, and launching a compliance strategy. Claudia also led the digital HR transformation toward process standardization and automated workflows by launching an integrated global IT system.

Claudia Schlossberger completed their Zwischenprüfung in Slawonic literature and linguistics at the University of Cologne. Claudia then went on to earn their Dipl.kaufmann in economics, German, and Slawonic philology from the Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences. Finally, they earned their PHD in the same field from the same school.
