Harvey Markour

Harvey Markour is an experienced railway bid and mobilisation manager at Groupe Keolis since February 2021. Prior roles include energy transition stream leader and asset management stream leader at SYSTRA from December 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities involved advancing green mobility and optimizing railway assets. Additionally, Harvey served as business development director for Africa, project manager for SNCF International focusing on high-speed rail development in Morocco, and consultant with ALENIUM CONSULTANTS negotiating rail contracts. Earlier experience at STIF centered on transport master planning in the Paris Region, while the role at SNCF involved training train drivers. Harvey holds an engineering degree in aerospace engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique and completed further studies at Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
