Isabelle CHIAREL has extensive experience in communication and project management, currently serving as the Responsable du Département Communication Interne et Externe at Groupe Keolis since December 2010. In this role, Isabelle oversees brand strategy, communication advisory, reputation management, crisis communication, project management, and leads a team of 15. Previously, Isabelle held roles as Responsable Service Communication Externe and Chef de projet Communication / Information voyageurs at Groupe Keolis, focusing on communication strategies and the implementation of passenger information campaigns.
