Jean-Christophe Clozier

Jean-Christophe Clozier has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jean-Christophe started their career in 1992 as an Organization and Method Manager at COVEPA MICHELS. Jean-Christophe then worked as a Senior Consultant at EUROGROUP CONSULTING from 1995 to 2000, where they successfully led cultural change projects and proposed training courses.

In 2000, Jean-Christophe joined Gemalto as a Quality Manager, where they served until 2007. Jean-Christophe then joined SNCF and held various positions including Performance Manager from 2008 to 2010, Change and Competencies Manager from 2010 to 2015, and Head of Operational Excellence Program from 2015 to 2018.

Jean-Christophe also worked as an HSQE Director at SNCF International SA in 2014 and as a Lean and Quality Expert at AFNOR Certification since 1997. Currently, they are employed at Keolis Group as the Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement for Operations & Maintenance since April 2019, and prior to that, they served as an Operational Excellence Manager from April 2018 to April 2019.

Jean-Christophe Clozier pursued their Master's degree in Engineer profile, with a focus on quality, production management, and human resources development, from E.S.B - ESCP-EAP during the period from 1986 to 1990.
