Laurent Offroy

Laurent Offroy is an experienced executive in the transportation sector, currently serving as Directeur Exploitation at Keolis Bordeaux Métropole since January 2021. Previously, Laurent held various leadership positions at Keolis Downer, including Chief Operating Officer for Bus & Coach and Operations Performance Manager from August 2015 to January 2021. Laurent's career at Keolis spanned from October 2009 to August 2015, where roles included Operations Director and Managing Director. Prior to joining Keolis, Laurent led logistics and transport operations at JCDecaux from April 2001 to September 2009 and worked as a Junior Project Manager at Moulinex Group from July 1998 to April 2001. Laurent holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a Master 2 (DESS) in Innovation & Industrial Management from the University of Strasbourg.
