Marie Sapena

Marie Sapena is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the railway sector. Currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Groupe Keolis since December 2023, Marie is responsible for the successful operational launch of a new subsidiary involving SNCF Voyageurs and Keolis. Prior to this role, Marie spent over two decades at SNCF Voyageurs, accumulating experience in various HR leadership positions, including Directrice des Ressources Humaines Adjointe, where Marie promoted constructive social dialogue and negotiated collective agreements, and Directrice d'Etablissement Adjointe, focusing on creating a collaborative work environment. Marie holds a 3ème Cycle in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from Ecole Supérieure de Management en Alternance and a Maitrise de Droit Social from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
