Thomas Lefebvre serves as the Chief Information Officer at Groupe Keolis since February 2018, leading the IT strategy for 30 subsidiaries and driving omnichannel digital transformation. With a focus on creating seamless customer experiences, Thomas has previously held roles such as Head of IT at Keolis Lille Métropole, where team autonomy and DevOps culture were cultivated. Prior experience includes managing operations and infrastructure at D.FI Services, enhancing ITIL processes and team coordination, and roles as a project manager and systems engineer at NCS and Tetra Informatique, respectively. Thomas possesses a strong background in IT operations, security management, and infrastructure deployment.
