Virginie Gay has extensive experience in administrative support roles, currently serving as Assistante de Direction at Groupe Keolis since April 2004, where responsibilities include supporting the General Management for France's major urban networks and the Group's Human Resources Department. Prior to this, Virginie worked as Assistante de Direction at CIPANGO, a financial and industrial holding company, from February 2002 to March 2004, and as Assistante du Président et du DG at GROUPE FIDEURAM WARGNY from April 1999 to February 2002.
