Rafael Pous

Rafael Pous is a distinguished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and ubiquitous computing. Since March 2009, Rafael Pous has served as a Professor and the head of the Ubiquitous Computing Applications Lab at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. As a co-founder of Keonn Technologies since November 2008, Rafael Pous has contributed to the industry while previously holding professorship positions at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from January 1993 to March 2009, and acting as Director of The Information Highway Group from 1997 to 2009. Other notable roles include Managing Director at the AIDA Centre from March 2005 to March 2007 and Researcher at IESE Business School between 1996 and 2005. Rafael Pous obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
