Previously, Niral held the position of Non Executive Director at Global Data Risk LLC, focusing on geopolitical issues and corporate compliance. As Chief Ethics Officer at DWS Group, Niral led initiatives to enhance the firm's enterprise-wide ethics and culture for a global asset management franchise. With a rich history at Deutsche Bank, Niral occupied various senior roles, including Group Audit Head of Investigations and Managing Director of Asset & Wealth Management, where strategic digital transformations were pivotal.
