Carlo Santamaria

Carlo Santamaria is a seasoned Senior Java Developer with extensive experience in developing high-performance applications across various sectors, including finance and technology. Currently employed at Kepler Cheuvreux since September 2022, Carlo has previously contributed to GSR, where integration with crypto exchanges was a primary focus. Carlo's background includes significant roles at Kepler Cheuvreux in the Algo Quant team, Credit Suisse on a global intraday credit risk management system, and TomTom, enhancing geocoding functionalities. Additional experience encompasses working with Goldman Sachs on trading systems, developing compliance solutions at RecordSure, and contributing to high-frequency trading technologies at ION Trading. Carlo started a career in software development with I.M. Technologies SRL and served as a research fellow at Università degli Studi di Padova.
